
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 : Application
All orders made to the ANRT are governed by the following conditions of sale – the conditions apply when the order is placed.
Article 2 : Availability
If, - due to causes beyond our reasonable control, - we are unable to supply items ordered, (we will inform you by e-mail or letter as soon as possible)
If we are unable to replace your order with another product, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded; your account will be credited or a credit note will be issued upon your request.

Article 4 : Prices
The prices in Euros on our website include VAT. Prices do not include postage. Costs for processing and postage are all-in-price costs.
The sale of new books is governed by the French Fixed Book Price Law (Lang Law number 81-766, August 10, 1981), which we apply.
Prices on our website can be changed without notice although the items purchased will be billed at the price shown at the time the order is placed.
For delivery outside metropolitan France, local duties and taxes may be levied depending on the country to which items are being delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the competent authorities to declare and pay all local duties and taxes.
The invoice is issued in Euro currency for all orders placed and must be paid in Euro currency regardless of the customer’s location.
As long as any amounts remain payable to the ANRT, entitlement to and property of the items shall remain with the ANRT and shall not pass to the purchaser.
Article 6 : Delivery
Items are delivered at the address given when you order. In order for your delivery to be made in the best conditions we recommend you provide an address accessible during office opening hours.
If you are purchasing items by cheque the order will be processed only on receipt of payment extending processing and delivery time accordingly.
Once the order is made delivery time is approximately 10 working days.
ANRT may not be held responsible for delivery outside metropolitan France where items are imported – The items are imported by the customer and the customer is liable for it - It is the buyer’s responsability to make sure that the imported items comply with the country importation procedures and laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the fiscal or customs authorities in order to pay the required duties and taxes. The customer is entirely responsible as regards both declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in the country concerned.
All delivery complaints must be made to the ANRT within 48 hours after delivery. In addition, complaints on legal terms concerning the shipping company or the local postal services should be filed to the ANRT.
Article 8 : Privacy policy – protection of personal data
We make sure that when we collect information from you we do so in a way that does not infringe your right to privacy. The ANRT does not communicate any personal data to third parties – data remain confidential.
We do not ask you to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary. Data are confidential and will only be used for the processing and payment of your order. Data collected for online ordering is made with a fully secured protocol.

Article 9 : Limitation of Liability
The ANRT disclaims all liability for the books content and shall not be held responsible by the customer.
Referenced titles are governed by French law. The ANRT is not liable for orders delivered in a country where local regulations would prohibit the distribution of such items (due to censorship, banned writer or banned title etc.).
The ANRT will not be reliable for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, force majeure, natural disasters, floods, fire, unavailable items, disruption or strikes affecting postal services, transport or communication.

Article 10 : Applicable Law – Disputes
Purchased items to the ANRT on its website, by fax or by phone are strictly governed by French law.
Article 11 : Agreement
With the final validation at the end of the on-line ordering process the customer confirms the order and agrees to the Conditions of Sale mentioned in this document..
The ANRT records may be used as evidence to prove the transaction made by the customer.
The Conditions of Sales mentioned in this document are subject to changes without prior notice.
